We are working on revising and updating the Tech Master Plan.

We decided to do a SWOT Analysis - Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunity, and Threats.

We broke into several groups, and we met on 9/29 , 10/8 and will meet on 10/22 to work on our SWOT analysis and then we will use those results plus student/faculty/staff survey on Technology. We plan on completing the update and revision by December 15th and then will send it out to shared governance committees for review.

Below are the task force sub-groups who will work on a SWOT analysis for their respective areas:

1. Teaching and Learning - Richard Rains, Adrian Gonzalez, Kathy Dawson, Paul McKenna

2. Student Services - Martha Rios and Adrian Gonzalez

3. College Operations - Maury Pearl,

4. Tech Infrastructure - Hanh Tran and David Jordan

5. LRC/Library - David Garza and Phoebe Rivera

6. Distance Education - David Jordan and Kathy Dawson

7. Emerging Technologies - Robert Payne
