1. Finalize review of Technology Goals for presentation to College Council in October 09 Meeting

Goal 1: Continually provide the best possible technology support and solutions within the Institution.

Goal 2: Develop and maintain technology skills for faculty, and staff.

Goal 3: Promote Anytime, Anywhere and Always on Technology to enhance student success and readiness.

Goal 4: Improve technology resources and skills to better address learning, services and student success .

Goal 5: Continually update and maintain the technology infrastructure to improve the operation, services of the college with the aim to be a carbon neutral campus.

Goal 6:  Develop and implement a long-range budget planning for technology needs

Goal 7: Annually  develop, review, and revise technology related policies and procedures.

2. Review Chart for Linkage of Technology Master Plan with other Master plans and recommend to College Council

next meetings:  10/14, 10/28, 11/11, 11/25, 12/02 and 12/16
