1. Discussed Etudes - The Committee further discussed the use of Etudes Course Management system.  Maury is to present it to the Budget Committee, and let the Tech Committee know the process of submitting the bill through budget process. It was discussed that the current Etudes Bill for 2009-2010 in the amount of $16,215 needs to be paid since Summer and Fall 2009 classes have been scheduled using etudes and it is too late to convert to one platform at this date. The issue of using one platform for the college is a college wide decision.  The Distance Education Committee will present a program reveiw to the Educational Planning Committee on June 1st and then EPC will make a recommendation to College Council on whether the college should convert to a "one platform" college, and the issue will be further discussed at College Council.
