1. Final Review of AV SWOT - Completed the final SWOT Analysis of AV. see 5-13-09 AV SWOT analysis with Terry Carter present in our final review. Terry is in charge of the AV Department and provided many key points in our analysis.

2.  Etudes Course Management System - In our College Council meeting of April, the Budget and Planning Committee recommended that the College no longer pay for the use of the Etudes online platfomr. The rationale included the need to continue to find cost saving strategies for the college and the fact that only 8 faculty members are currently using Etudes.  Both the VPAA and David Jordan in the April College Council meeting advised the College Council that online classes were scheduled for Summer and Fall 2009 using Etudes, and that it was not an real option to discontinue Etudes for 2009-2010, but suggested that the DE Committee was in the process of completing a program review and would make a recommendation to EPC re the continuance of the Etudes platform.
